This is a character from a short story I did quite a while back called Future Shock. It was a follow up to the (uncompleted) fantasy novel I've been working on for many years. It was written just for the heck of it, and because at the time I was watching the NA dubs of Sailor Moon on Cartoon Network where "Rini" *shudders* appeared in her mother's past. If you haven't guessed yet, this little girl is the daughter of the main character of my novel, who accidentally fell into her mother's past. >.> Don't look at me that way...
Anywho, this was not actually done in an oekaki program. Instead I used PhotoImpact 8. However, it is in oekaki style and has nothing on it that I couldn't have done in MSPaint. It is partially traced from a coloring book image of (you guessed it!) Chiba Usagi, but a chunk of it is my own drawing as well. I went for simple because I ((am lazy)) thought that it suited her. I may go back and spiff it up later... When I get bored again.
